Before you learn different tricks we recommend to mix essential oils with Young living V-6 Mixing oil or any other pure vegetable oil. The mixing ratio should be 1 to 3 (one drop of essential oil and 3 drops of mixing oil). The resulting mixture of oils has lower viscosity then essential oil itself and can be spread evenly on the targeted area and then gently massaged into the skin.
